BPExchang Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between BPExchang ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player") who registers an account, deposits funds or uses any service provided through bpexchang.net. By accessing BPExchang you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

BPExchang operates as an online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for the Pakistani market. All services, games, markets and transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BPExchang reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication at bpexchang.net/terms-conditions. Continued use of BPExchang after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and BPExchang.

To register and use BPExchang you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BPExchang is strictly a platform for adults and will never knowingly allow a person under 18 to open an account.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or be accessing BPExchang from within Pakistan at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of a company, organisation or third party.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended BPExchang account under any name or identity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on BPExchang. The information you provide during registration — including your name, mobile number, email address and payment details — must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BPExchang login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. BPExchang will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support@bpexchang.net immediately.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by any person to whom you have granted access.
• BPExchang reserves the right to suspend or close an account if suspicious activity, policy violations or fraudulent behaviour is detected.
• Multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether under different names, different devices or different payment methods — will all be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• BPExchang may, at its discretion, impose stake limits, withdrawal limits or access restrictions on any account at any time.

BPExchang accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees. BPExchang does not charge any fee on deposits — the full amount you send is credited to your account balance.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for mobile wallets; Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and cards.
• Deposits are credited to your BPExchang account balance instantly for mobile wallet methods and within 5–30 minutes for IBFT transfers.
• Deposited funds may only be used by the registered account holder. Deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name may be refused and returned.
• BPExchang reserves the right to refuse any deposit it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent, criminal or money-laundering activity.
• Deposited funds that have not been used within 12 months of last login may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in Section 12.

BPExchang processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week including public holidays. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed within five minutes of submission. IBFT transfers generally complete within 15–60 minutes. Card withdrawals are processed by BPExchang immediately but may take 1–3 business days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for mobile wallets; Rs 1,000 for bank and card methods.
• BPExchang charges zero fees on all withdrawals regardless of method or amount.
• Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering procedures.
• BPExchang may request identity verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a one-time process per account.
• BPExchang reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if a fraud, dispute or responsible gaming investigation is ongoing on the account in question.
• Funds from reversed or voided bets are credited to your BPExchang account balance and are available for withdrawal immediately upon settlement.

All sports betting on BPExchang is conducted in accordance with the rules published for each specific sport and market at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet you accept the rules and odds presented to you at the time of bet confirmation.

• Bets are not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed until this confirmation is displayed.
• BPExchang reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to match-fixing, corruption or manipulation — regardless of whether the outcome of the bet would have been a win or a loss.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement. BPExchang may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
• Obvious errors in odds — including but not limited to mispriced lines caused by technical error — will be voided. BPExchang is not liable for bets accepted on erroneous odds.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• BPExchang may limit or restrict betting on specific markets for accounts where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

Settlement of bets follows the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan domestic cricket, FIFA for international football). BPExchang's settlement decision is final in all cases.

All casino games — including live dealer games, RNG table games, poker, fishing games and card games — are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real PKR funds.

• RNG game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. BPExchang does not manipulate RNG outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, wheels) and are not subject to algorithmic intervention by BPExchang.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game, BPExchang will void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Poker cash games and tournaments are operated on a peer-to-peer basis. BPExchang takes a rake from cash game pots and fees from tournament entry. Rake and fee structures are displayed before each game.
• BPExchang prohibits the use of software bots, automated betting systems or any third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage in casino or poker games. Accounts found using such tools will be permanently closed.

BPExchang offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms applicable across all BPExchang promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address.
• BPExchang reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Sports betting winnings are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing opposing bets to guarantee profit from a bonus — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.
• BPExchang may require identity verification before releasing bonus-derived winnings for withdrawal.

BPExchang is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms:

• BPExchang is strictly a platform for players aged 18 and above. We enforce this rule rigorously and will close any account found to belong to a minor.
• Every BPExchang player has access to deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options through their account settings at any time.
• Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. If you choose self-exclusion, BPExchang will not send you any promotional communications during that period.
• BPExchang may proactively impose restrictions on accounts where gambling behaviour indicators suggest a risk of harm, even without a player-initiated request.
• We encourage all players to set personal spending limits and to treat BPExchang as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

BPExchang collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on BPExchang you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points are summarised below:

• Personal data is collected for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes only.
• BPExchang does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
• Data is stored on secure servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised BPExchang personnel only.
• BPExchang may share data with payment processors and identity verification services as required to facilitate transactions.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@bpexchang.net.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BPExchang and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one BPExchang account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or credentials.
• Using BPExchang for any form of money laundering, fraud or illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit or abuse any game, feature or system on BPExchang.
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools or any software that interacts with BPExchang in an automated manner.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other competitive game format.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw using payment methods registered in a third party's name.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing another person to operate your account.

BPExchang provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BPExchang's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• BPExchang is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, delays by third-party payment processors or events outside our reasonable control.
• BPExchang is not liable for any loss of profits, opportunity costs or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect payout — whether in a player's favour or against — BPExchang reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly.
• BPExchang is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings. Players are solely responsible for any tax liabilities relevant to their circumstances.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) will be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 until either reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before fees commence.

BPExchang reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, with reasonable advance notice where possible.

The current version of these Terms is always available at bpexchang.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of BPExchang after any update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using BPExchang and request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect.
